| Magnificent Antique Solid Silver Spirit Kettle | A wonderful example of a solid sterling silver spirit kettle.
Hallmarked throughout for Birmingham 1905,with the maker's mark of Elkington & Co Ltd. The kettle stand has four splay feet which stand squarely upon the surface. The kettle is attached by one hinge, under the spout with Original security keys and chains.
This magnificent antique Victorian sterling silver spirit kettle has a large bulbous shaped form.
The total bulbous portion of the kettle is embellished with exceptional chased floral rose sprays accented with scrolling borders.
The silver is in excellent condition, with no tears or dents.

The pieces of this exceptional antique sterling silver flatware set have been crafted in the Shell pattern by renowned firm Atkin Bros- Harry Atkin (HA) and is assayed Sheffield 1926.
The firm traces its establishment to Thomas Law in mid 18th century. It was succeeded by Henry Atkin and John Oxley trading as Atkin, Oxley & Co. In 1840 Henry Atkin continued the trade as Henry Atkin & Co at 32 Howard Street, Sheffield.
The canteen was originally supplied by Sharman D Neill Ltd, Belfast.
There is one table & one dessert fork replaced with an exact assayed Solid Silver replica.
Each Solid Silver piece has registration number 557275.
The anterior surface of each handle terminal is embellished with the engraved initial 'HPS’.
The reverse of each solid silver spoon features a rounded heel.
